Each capsule of Tru Niagen contains either 150mg or 300mg of Niagen®, which is a patented and FDA safety-notified form of vitamin B3, scientifically known as nicotinamide riboside (NR).   
  
Our inactive ingredients include microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose, and magnesium stearate. Microcrystalline cellulose is derived from plants and serves as a source of fiber. Hypromellose is a commonly used ingredient in vegetarian capsules. Magnesium stearate is also derived from plants and helps maintain the stability of the supplement.   
  
**Tru Niagen Stick Packs®

Each Stick Pack of Tru Niagen contains 300mg of Niagen, as well as inulin, a prebiotic fiber, naturally plant-derived from chicory root.  
  
**Tru Niagen Pro®  
**  
Each capsule of Tru Niagen Pro contains 500mg of Niagen.   
  
The inactive ingredients include microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose, and vegetable magnesium stearate. Microcrystalline cellulose is derived from plants and serves as a source of fiber.
